Q: Do you ever do lash extensions on male clients?
A: Yes! We love our male clients. Styling for men is usually much different than styling for women so we are always excited to accept the challenge to make a man's eye's stand out without going over the top.
Q: Do you accept new clients for fills who had their lashes done elsewhere?
Q: I've never had lash extensions, what should I book?
A: Yes! In order to book a fill you must have at least 20% of your extensions remaining. If you are coming from another stylist we will book a "New Client Fill". This extra time allows us to do a thorough consultation, lash assessment, time to remove any previous extensions that may be grown out or applied improperly, apply new extensions and aftercare education. Please call with additional questions about this.
A: If you do not have any extensions on you will need to book a "Full Set". We offer a variety of different techniques, which are all fully customize-able to the client's needs. For prices & descriptions for each technique, please visit our Lash Extension page.
Q: Will lash extensions be noticeable or look fake?
A: Lash extensions are fully customized to your desired look. We have the ability with different lengths, curvatures and thickness to create the most natural or dramatic designs. Our licensed stylists will also give you a recommendation on which design will flatter your facial features the most at your first appointment.
Q: How often do I have to come for lash fills?
A: This answer is dependent on many factors, the majority of our clients visit us every 2-3 weeks for fills. Some clients come less often, some more often. Factors this depends on include: following aftercare cleansing instructions, your natural lash growth cycle (anywhere from 4-8 weeks), avoiding rubbing your eyes, avoid sleeping on your face, avoid sudden burst of heat and wearing lash compatible makeup and skincare only.
